Twin Adventure Series: Day 2
So we’re back for Day 2 of our Twin Adventure Series and this morning we’re hitting the mat for a 20-minute Pilates workout.
This is my favorite type of workout because it strengthens your core while also lengthening and toning muscles in your legs, arms, hips, butt–basically everywhere! I have two modifications to offer so that everyone can get their work in no matter what level they are at. The first modification is for beginners who might not be ready to do the full routine just yet.
