This pilates workout has been designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the body from head to toe. The focus of this routine will be on those muscles that often get neglected in our everyday lives including: glutes, hamstrings, abdominals, as well as strengthening your spine. We’ll also do some stretches that can help relieve tension in the lower back and upper thighs. This workout is an excellent choice for anyone struggling with low-back pain or who has difficulty bending down due to tight hamstrings or a stiff lower back.
